Katherine Dahl

Physical Therapist/Doula

Katherine Dahl, PT, MPT, CD(DONA) is a physical therapist specializing in women's health, including pelvic floor and prenatal/postpartum issues. She is also a certified birth doula with DONA International and has attended over 30 births. She has studied visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy, and incorporates these holistic, gentle treatment approaches into her practice as well. Katherine is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the APTA's Section on Women's Health, and DONA International. She is passionate about empowering people to improve their health by learning how the body's movement system is designed to work, and by experiencing the effects of an efficient and integrated movement system.
Katherine practices at Comprehensive Therapy Services, located in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego: www.comprehensivetherapy.com. As the mother of four daughters, Katherine currently doesn’t have a lot of free time, but when she does, she usually spends it reading.
