Frederick Johnson

Dr. Frederick Johnson is Chairman of the Physician Leadership Council at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Newborns in San Diego, California. Dr. Johnson graduated from medical school at The University of Illinois in Chicago. He then attended the University of California, San Diego where he completed his internship and residency. Through the years, Dr. Johnson has worked as a physician for Scripps Clinic, as well as Pediatric Health Care Associates. He began working for the Sharp-Reas Stealy Medical Group in 1996, and has served on their Pediatric Supervisory Committee and well as being the Medical Director for their south region. In addition to his experience as a pediatrician, Dr. Johnson has five children of his own and several grandchildren, so he knows a thing or two about parenting.
