Gretchen Mallios is the Board President of Postpartum Health Alliance, a San Diego based non-profit. Since 1998, PHA has served women, their families and their care providers, by providing support, information, resources, and referrals related to pregnancy and postpartum depression, anxiety and other perinatal related disorders. In addition to serving on the Board of PHA, Gretchen is a Certified EMDR Therapist in practice in Mission Valley. She specializes in maternal mental health, parenting issues, early childhood mental health, attachment, and trauma.
