Elisa caught the event planning bug in 1998, as an assistant at UC San Diego. She soon started taking on more projects and ran her first large-scale event in 2002. After working for over three years as a gala planner for a local nonprofit, I officially founded Events by Elisa in 2011. Elisa loves designing and planning weddings and social events, and creating custom event stationery, for her incredible clients. She's designed a few baby showers and baby's first birthday parties, her favorite of which had an Under the Sea theme, a giant candy buffet, and completely custom paper goods, and was featured on the Baby Lifestyles blog! Seeing a day come together is such a thrill for Elisa – all the work becomes secondary once you see the client's ear-to-ear smile!
